Eleanor Webinars – Using Attributes

On October 5th the team from Eleanor will be hosting a free webinar to provide you with the skills and understanding to get the most out of the Eleanor platform.

This webinar will be on using the new attribute feature, an easy way to allow guests (and team members) to select menu options at the time of booking for activities that offer set options or menus (such as floating breakfasts or destination dining).

From the webinar you will learn:

  • Understand what are attributes in Eleanor – and why you should use them
  • Learn how to set up attributes on activities
  • Learn how to adjust and change attributes- to accommodate future menu changes
  • See how attributes display on booking reports

The webinar will be suitable for F&B Managers, F&B Co-ordinators, Special Events co-ordinators and Outlet Managers.

Through the use of attributes, you can better accommodate guest requests and have an easy-to-access record of choices made to allow your kitchen staff to plan and prepare dishes for these activities.

    2. Complete the short review form, rating Eleanor out of 10, and leaving comments on the product and our service.

    3. Complete the section with your personal details (this is how we will know who to enter for the chance to win!)

    4. Submit your review.

    5. Verify your account – you should receive an email asking you to confirm your account. If you are using a work email (e.g. [email protected]) then this should be simple. If you are using your personal email address then you will need to submit a screenshot of the Eleanor dashboard, showing you logged in (see directions below).

    Should your email not be verified, you will receive instructions from Hotel Tech Awards on alternative ways to verify your account manually. The easiest way to do this is to follow the link in that email and submit a screenshot of the Eleanor dashboard, showing your logged-in name in the top right, the resort logo and the URL (web address at the top).

    Upload the screenshot of your eleanor dashboard on the link shared in the verification email you received, for manual verification.

    Once this has been submitted it can take a few days for the team to verify your account, but your review will count, and you will be eligible for the chance to win!
